This California Applicant Privacy Notice applies solely to job applicants who reside in California (You). Any terms defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA
), have the same meanings when used in this Addendum.
Under the CPRA, You have the rights to:

Uline collects, and over the past 12 months has collected, some or all of the following categories of Personal Information, depending on the position You are applying for (please note there may be some overlap within the categories):
Uline may collect information concerning Your race, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, marital status, and/or sexual orientation, but only to the extent You choose to provide it in Your resume, as part of the equal opportunity forms You fill out when You are hired, or as may be provided by a reference or other third-party during reference and background checks.
Uline collects Personal Information directly from You as provided and from service providers who help Uline manage its business and personnel (including for recruitment).
Uline discloses, and over the past 12 months has disclosed: Identifiers; Personal Information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute; protected classification characteristics under California or federal law; professional or employment-related information; and Sensitive Personal Information to service providers who manage Uline's applicant data.
In addition to the above, Uline may disclose any or all categories of Personal Information as necessary to comply with federal, state and local laws, court orders, law enforcement requests, the defense or exercise of other legal claims, or to maintain an evidentiary privilege.
Uline retains applicant Personal Information for no more than 5 years.

Uline does not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for any other purposes. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Uline has not sold or shared any of Your Personal Information. Uline does not knowingly share or sell information about minors under 16 years of age.
