Positions: Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative

Uline is hosting on-site interviews for warehouse and customer service positions during the week of January 18th.
We will be following CDC guidelines, requiring temperature checks for all participants and sanitizing interview areas between interviews.

Warehouse Associate: Day and Night Shifts Available
From $23 to $30 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • Participate in a hands-on 6 week training experience in our Outbound Department.
  • Pick orders based on customer specifications.
  • Contribute to Uline's overnight / night inbound warehouse operations.
  • Receive, check in and put away overnight / night stock quickly and accurately.
  • Review orders prior to packaging for accuracy and quality.
  • Pack orders to ensure that it reaches our customer in excellent condition.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Thrive in a fast paced and coaching environment.
  • You model safe behaviors and compassion for your peers.
  • Dedicated to excellent attendance.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Customer Service Representative
From $18 to $25 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
  • Dedicated to excellent attendance.
  • Available for 4 weeks of training, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Day Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Night Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6 AM
