Position Responsibilities
  • Prepare office environment conceptual layouts for review and approval.
  • Manage drawings and other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with Uline standards.
  • Manage systems furniture inventory, procurement and repairs.
  • Coordinate work for vendors supplying systems furniture, carpet, furniture installation, telecommunications, window shades, interior signage and minor electrical work.
  • Prepare schedules and work plans for work activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, plans and activities with construction, project management, IT and local management teams.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer software to prepare conceptual layouts.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills a must.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches.
  • Available for early morning, evening and weekend meetings.
