Position Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the Credit group.
  • Manage Credit Team Leads / Analysts and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support inter-departmental specialized teams.
  • Actively coach and develop staff.
  • Release orders daily. Provide queue support and take incoming calls as needed.
  • Assist in developing sound credit policies.
  • Handle escalated “manager” calls regarding issues with customers on “Credit Hold”.
  • Perform informal audits of Credit Analysts’ work.
  • Act as a resource for Credit Analysts.
  • Set and adjust credit limits based on customer requests and/or past payment experience.
  • Call on customers with past due balances as needed.
  • Perform analysis and prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years experience in Credit or Collections preferred.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience.
  • Experience using Dun & Bradstreet preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
