Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze, report, monitor and review daily inventory adjustments and changes.

  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory analysis to anticipate and resolve potential problems.  

  • Prepare, evaluate and analyze weekly and monthly reporting for results and activities regarding inventory control.

  • Analyze and report on inventory metrics and make recommendations to improve the inventory control function.

  • Analyze and evaluate vendor data and recommend improvements.

  • Develop, maintain and evaluate databases, queries and reports to support analysis and reporting of inventory control activities.

  • Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3 - 5 years experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures.

  • Solid understanding of distribution environments, purchasing, inventory and operations. 

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

  • SQL and AS400 experience a plus.

  • Experience with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) a plus.
