Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver on user experience strategy for customer-facing channels.

  • Make informed design decisions using market, industry and competitive analyses along with user research.

  • Use data and insights to identify and validate user needs and pain points.

  • Design concepts, user journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.

  • Understand UX design and user research process.

  • Adhere to and maintain UX design system.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1 - 3 years of UX design experience.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of UX.

  • Proficient in Axure RP, Figma and / or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
