Position Responsibilities
Configure and support packaged applications including Workday, Adaptive Insight, Perceptive Content, Jira, Confluence, IIR, SendSuite, Sage Fixed Assets, Billtrust, Chrome River, and Blue Prism (RPA).
Build, test, implement and maintain system configuration and integrations.
Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plan for upgrades.
Manage and diagnose issues through ticket management and on-call support.
Acts as a mentor and help prioritize work for the application administration team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years experience supporting packaged applications in a corporate or consulting capacity.
Experience with Workday required.
Familiarity with SQL / RDBMS and Sharepoint preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
