Position Responsibilities 

• Configure and support packaged applications including Workday, Adaptive Insight, Perceptive Content, Jira, Confluence, IIR, SendSuite, Sage Fixed Assets, Billtrust, Chrome River, and Blue Prism (RPA).

• Build, test, implement and maintain system configuration and integrations.

• Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plan for upgrades.

• Manage and diagnose issues through ticket management and on-call support.

• Acts as a mentor and help prioritize work for the application administration team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• 3+ years experience supporting packaged applications in a corporate or consulting capacity.

• Experience with Workday required.

• Familiarity with SQL / RDBMS and Sharepoint preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
