Position Responsibilities
Configure and support packaged applications based on business requirements to include Workday, Adaptive Insight, Perceptive Content, Jira, Confluence, IIR, SendSuite, Sage Fixed Assets, Billtrust, Chrome River, and Blue Prism (RPA).
Document technical specifications and test plans to support applications.
Build, test, implement and maintain system configuration and integrations.
Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plan for upgrades.
Manage and diagnose issues through ticket management and on-call support.
Acts as a mentor for the application administrator team.
In partnership with the Software Development Manager, manage and prioritize application team’s work.
Partner with key businesses to define new business process, data elements and system change requests.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3-5+ years’ experience supporting packaged applications in a corporate or consulting capacity.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Familiarity with SQL / RDBMS and Sharepoint.
Familiarity with at least one programming language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
