Hours: Monday - Friday 9 PM to 6 AM

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide network infrastructure operations support, including configuration, deployment and troubleshooting enterprise-wide network technologies.

  • Perform routine adds, moves, changes for network ports and VLANs.

  • Assign IP addresses and DNS names per company policies.

  • Monitor systems and alerts, perform issue identification and resolution.

  • Participate in IT major incident, change, problem management and disaster recovery processes.

  • Understand emerging and current technology and identify solutions to meet business needs.

  • Solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete planned activities with minimal direction.Collect necessary information and escalate to Network Engineers as needed.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • 3+ years experience providing network and telecom infrastructure technical support in a complex data center environment.

  • Experience with Cisco-centric WAN, LAN and wireless infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of network load balancing, remote access and emerging SD-WAN technologies. CCNA certification a plus.

  • Knowledge of voice systems, including Avaya and AT&T routing a plus.

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be flexible, adapt to changing priorities with good organization and time management skills.
