Uline is expanding in the Lehigh Valley, and we’re looking for exceptional people to help get our brand-new warehouse up and running.

This position will be located at our new Uline distribution center in Alburtis.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial workers. 

  • Schedule and assign team duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilating, roofing and security. May also be required to perform tasks.

  • Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and maintenance and determines the installation or repair services that need to be performed. 

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required; use judgement to troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.

  • Assist with overseeing the delivery and completion of contracted services.

  • Ensure the accurate tracking of all maintenance work completed by the team within computerized maintenance program. 

  • Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review, including  work orders, staffing reports and miscellaneous audits.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 - 3 years of previous facilities experience in a warehouse environment preferred. 

  • 2 - 3 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.

  • Must be "hands-on" and assist in completing maintenance work. 

  • Background in working with outside vendors and contractors.

  • Some weekend and evening work required.

  • Ability to multi-task and create reports.
