Uline is expanding in the Lehigh Valley, and we’re looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to help get our brand-new warehouse up and running. Our shipping supply company has seen decades of steady growth, creating a stable work environment our employees can count on.

This position will be located at our new Uline distribution center in Alburtis.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial workers. 

  • Schedule and assign team duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilating, roofing and security. Ensure the accurate tracking of all maintenance work completed.

  • Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.

  • Oversee the delivery and completion of contracted services.

  • Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review, including work orders, staffing reports and audits as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 - 3 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience.

  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.

  • Must assist in completing maintenance work. 

  • Background in working with outside vendors and contractors.

  • Some weekend and evening work required.
