Position Responsibilities

• Provide end-user-facing support for PC hardware and software issues.

• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.

• Deploy new hardware and software and perform maintenance on existing equipment.

• Participate in planning and implementing large-scale projects.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3 - 5 years of experience supporting PCs in an enterprise environment.

• Practical working knowledge of an Active Directory Domain environment.

• A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred.

• Familiarity with SCCM and Intune for managing deployments and device updates.

• Ability to occasionally work after hours or weekends.
