Position Responsibilities 

  • Design and prototype complex internal Web applications.

  • Collaborate with solution analysts, end-users, developers, and architects to identify business requirements.

  • Communicate and present design concepts to team members.

  • Adhere to UX and framework design standards.

  • Work with the UX and development teams in creating and documenting new design standards.

  • Work with the UX team to make design and process improvements.

  • Perform user research and usability testing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, human computer interaction, graphic design or related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience designing for desktop, mobile or web applications.

  • 3+ years’ experience using prototyping tools (Figma preferred, Sketch or Axure acceptable).

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in user research and analysis, usability testing and consumer insights gathering.

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience with the Agile project methodology.

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to operate, multi-task and troubleshoot in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
