Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day support of Java Application Servers, Messaging Queues and Modern DevOps tools covering installation, patching and general administration.

  • Automate administration, deployment, reporting and other operational procedures including but not limited to deployments, log rotations, archiving and backups.

  • Participate in performance testing, disaster recovery and performance tuning activities.

  • Implement appropriate monitoring, alerting and measurements to ensure the health of our environment.

  • Assist in capacity planning and performing software upgrades.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.

  • Strong ability to learn new technology and consume information quickly.

  • Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple priorities / details, meet schedules and deliver on commitments.
