• Organize and schedule corporate on / off-site events, including executive retreats, award programs, anniversary reward programs, intern outings and other special events.

• Develop "lunch & learn" programs and arrange for speakers for these and other management events.

• Coordinate training programs and track seminar attendance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years experience in a Corporate environment.

• Prior Public Relations experience a plus.

• Microsoft Office experience a plus.

• Must be a well-organized, detailed-oriented individual who is also high-energy and outgoing.

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills preferred.

• May require travel to off-site events.
