Position Responsibilities

  • Design the user experience journeys, flows, mock-ups, concepts and prototypes for a variety of digital channels (web, mobile and messaging). 

  • Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses of digital products.

  • Use metrics, data and insights to identify and validate user needs to make design decisions.

  • Work with UX Researchers to prep, conduct and analyze qualitative data for research initiatives. 

  • Adhere to and update UX style guide and design system. 

  • Execute and track UX projects following the Uline UX process workflow. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Entry-level experience designing for desktop, mobile or web applications. 

  • Understanding of UX and UI techniques and processes.

  • Experience with Axure, Figma and / or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Familiarity with the Agile project methodology and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
