Customer Service Weekly Walk-In Interviews

All interviews will follow CDC and local guidelines. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.

Dates & Time:

  • Every Tuesday, from 8 AM - 10 AM 

  • Every Thursday, from 2 PM - 4 PM

Positions: Customer Service Representative (English & Bilingual (Spanish) / Customer Service Team Lead / Customer Service Department Manager / Customer Service Management Trainee

Location: 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 

24/7 operation - various shifts available with set schedules.

Customer Service Representative

Both English and Bilingual Spanish openings are available

From $25 to $30 per hour (English only)*

From $26 to $32 per hour (Bilingual English / Spanish)* 
(* Includes estimated year-end profit sharing)

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.

  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual candidates must be 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write).

Customer Service Team Lead
From $30 to $38 per hour* 
(* Includes estimated year-end profit sharing)

  • Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas of performance including metrics and behaviors.

  • Audit phone, email and other customer interactions, observing performance, techniques and application of guidelines and procedures.

  • Evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching for increased success.

  • Provide feedback to management and challenge processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Complete performance reviews and assist with interviewing process for new Customer Service hires.

  • Train reps to understand policies, procedures and products.

  • Communicate policy updates and Uline information through team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

  • Document coaching and development sessions.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly function support for customer interactions.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

  • 3+ years customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred.

Customer Service Department Manager
From $75,000 to $85,000 per year

  • Manage daily operations of some departments in Customer Service.

  • Assist in setting and monitoring performance standards and quality.

  • Work with Operations and Workforce Management to determine staff hours and number of personnel required.

  • Review daily and weekly reports and make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiencies.

  • Coach and develop team leads and / or trainers to ensure customer service excellence and a strong company culture.

  • Audit phone, email, chat and other customer interactions.

  • Partner with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Manage disciplinary processes, complete performance reviews and make hiring decisions for customer service reps.

  • Perform process audits to ensure adherence to procedures and recommend process improvements.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly function support for customer interactions.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3 to 5 years customer service management experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team.

Customer Service Management Trainee
From $28 to $33 per hour* 
(* Includes estimated year-end profit sharing)

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis. 

  • Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management. 

  • Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching. 

  • Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback. 

  • Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking. 

  • Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail. 

  • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
