Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer comments to identify website eCommerce issues or recommend enhancements.

  • Analyze user activity, website metrics and eCommerce business trends.

  • Research competitor websites to analyze eCommerce enhancements and industry trends.

  • Document small to medium-sized website enhancements.

  • Work with User Experience (UX) team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.

  • Maintain documentation and perform reporting tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Access and Excel.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Hardworking and enthusiastic personality with a passion for technology.

  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
