Not just numbers. As an Operations Analyst, identify trends, interpret data and make innovative recommendations to support the success of our brand-new, air-conditioned warehouse opening Naples in early 2023.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate branch-wide operations and provide root cause analysis.

• Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.

• Gather data using SQL and interpret results within Microsoft Office tools.

• Effectively communicate results to business leaders by developing memos and presentations.

• Make data-informed recommendations to improve performance and manage process improvement projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years in an analyst role.

• Strong Excel and Access experience.

• Working knowledge of SQL, data extraction and analysis.

• Power BI experience is a plus.
