At Uline, we believe it’s all about having good people and as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, that starts with you. Serve as the corporate liaison to our field Human Resources teams, building strong relationships with 13 regional centers across North America.

Position Responsibilities 

• Consult with corporate and field management on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance, development, compensation and overall people effectiveness.

• Partner strategically with hiring managers and HR team members on recruitment strategies during a period of growth, including staffing new locations.

• Work with field leadership to identify future key openings and develop promotable talent for those roles.

• Maintain knowledge of current federal, state and local laws / regulations and coordinate updated policies as necessary.

• Mentor new field HR talent and work with HR managers regarding the structure and development of their recruiting teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.

• 10+ years’ experience, with prior site / region HR management experience preferred.

• Strong management skills with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Workday knowledge preferred.

• Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international locations and to job fairs.
