Position Responsibilities 

• Partner with warehouse management to lead daily operations in Uline’s best-in-class, 900,000+ square foot warehouse in Reno, Nevada. 

• Oversee warehouse operations including freight, returns, receiving, slotting and safety.

• One of the top positions on day shift with direct leadership over salaried managers and warehouse team. 

• Lead and develop warehouse team to maintain high levels of accuracy and deliver unparalleled customer service.

• Provide input on hiring decisions for 1st shift- shape your growing team! 

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Management experience and knowledge of warehouse procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience a plus.
