It’s all about our customers! We put a lot of heart into making Uline.com the easiest website to navigate and place orders. As an eCommerce Intern, learn business analysis, website management and quality assurance while working on one of the country's top B2B websites!

Position Responsibilities 

• Incorporate data-driven decision-making to improve user experience through increased website functionality.

• Support daily maintenance of Uline’s website operations, including issue analysis and troubleshooting.

• Complete tasks related to bi-weekly website changes.

• Participate in testing efforts for projects and software releases.

• Analyze user activity, website metrics and trends.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Access and Excel.

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
