• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize Enterprise Java Applications development needs.

• Lead daily activities and provide mentorship to a team of 5 - 7 software developers.

• Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and that standards are being met.

• Provide management-level communications regarding project and team performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Computer Science or Software Engineering majors a plus.

• 8 years hands-on Java development experience with 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.

• Proficient in design patterns and strong experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring framework using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Security and MVC.

• Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST webservices and working in a micro-services environment.
