POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spanish Translation Specialists - Technical Publications Writers for Pleasant Prairie, WI location.

• Coordinate, facilitate and communicate the assembly of complex technical product and content for online and printed materials in Spanish (Mexico) and English.

• Proofread and conduct quality control of translated materials, relying on reference sources and technical staff to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare technical translations and reports regarding product-related issues, conduct website content analyses and comparisons.

• Coordinate with translation system vendor to facilitate the resolution of translation issues.

• Develop, write and maintain online procedure guides and technical content databases.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation or English or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or with translations required.

• Required/Specific Skills: Must have technical knowledge of shipping products; must speak, read, and write professional level Spanish.

• Must pass employer administered translation test.
