Position Responsibilities 

• Develop long-term strategies and partnerships with global suppliers.

• Lead and develop a team of global sourcing associates.

• Collaborate with product leaders in managing vendor relationships and negotiations for Uline product lines.

• Communicate performance improvements and quality standards to vendors.

• Drive decisions for international operations of a fortune 500-sized company.

• Plan and lead overseas travel and factory visits.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Bilingual (English / Mandarin) – 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• 15+ years of experience sourcing products from overseas factories.

• Knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices.

• Available to travel overseas at least 15% of the year.
