Every Wednesday, from 3 PM - 6 PM

Positions: 

  • Warehouse Associates - Days - $5,000 Hiring Bonus - Warehouse Associates only

  • Custodians / Janitors - Days

  • Warehouse Leads / Supervisors - Days

  • Forklift / Maintenance Mechanics - Days

Location: 700 Uline Way, Allentown, PA 18106

Days: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Warehouse Associate: Shipping

Bonus Bucks: Earn a $5,000 hiring bonus after six months with us!

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Participate in a hands-on 6-week training experience in our Outbound Department.

  • Work independently to compile and ship orders based on customer specifications.

  • Review orders prior to packaging for accuracy and quality.

  • Progress in your warehouse career to increasingly more independent and advanced roles. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and coaching environment.

  • You model safe behaviors and compassion for your peers.

  • Dedicated to excellent attendance.

  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Custodian / Janitor

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.

  • Clean restrooms and locker rooms.

  • Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other janitorial duties.

  • Set up and clean employee workspaces.

  • Remove trash from all areas.

  • Assist with meeting set-up and teardown.

  • Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor.

  • Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment.

  • Escort external vendors as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years custodial experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.

Warehouse Lead / Supervisor

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).

  • Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.

  • Provide daily hands-on support for the department.

  • Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.

  • Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.

  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Forklift Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain and repair Crown stock pickers, stand-up reach riders, Toyota sit-down forklifts.

  • Maintain and repair Intelligrated/FMH conveyor systems, Lantech wrappers, Mosca banders, Sealed Air pillow machines.

  • Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to open new work orders and check work history.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.

  • Maintain parts inventory and repair records.

  • Maintain building-powered equipment and automation totaling over 2,000 assets.

  • Work safely at all times, utilizing proper protective equipment and following lockout/tagout (LOTO).

  • Work safely with high and low-voltage electrical systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5+ years mechanic experience.

  • Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and Raymond warehouse equipment a must.

  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
