• Serve as main HR support contact for things like new employee on-boarding, recruitment and employee relations for your designated corporate teams.

• Develop recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with managers to define hiring goals, talent needs and ideal organization structures.

• Coach leaders and give guidance on performance conversations and opportunities for promotions.

• Present HR topics at Uline University courses and / or to business leaders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• 3+ years of HR or business experience.

• Excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to work with confidential information.
