Position Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of direct marketing analysts responsible for developing reporting and providing insights on customer marketing strategy. 

• Measure major marketing benchmarks: retention, acquisition, lifetime value, match-back and cost-to-acquire. 

• Produce regularly scheduled reports and any as-needed requests from executives.

• Manage the development and integrity of the SAS database.

• Ensure data consistency across the department and research any inconsistencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree preferred.

• 6+ years of marketing database experience with knowledge of data visualization tools preferred.

• Strong analytical and query tool experience, including SAS / SQL.

• Previous experience mining a Customer Database.
