Human Resources Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.

• Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

• Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.

• Guide employees on Workday position management, maintaining accurate headcount and openings in the HR system of record.

• Collaborate with other functional workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.

• Audit HR system transactions, identifying data integrity issues and organizing audit procedures or additional user training to correct.

Minimum Requirements                                              

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of Analyst experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
