Position Responsibilities

• Manage carrier performance for outbound shipments to our customers.

• Lead our team of logistics specialists guiding their work and development.

• Analyze data for trends and present opportunities for improvement to logistics department leadership.

• Manage department processes and outputs for accuracy and completeness.

• Present new ideas and opportunities to senior logistics leadership.

• Lead regular review sessions with carriers and manage action items to ensure execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 1 year of logistics experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
