• Manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Associates / Specialists and onboard new talent.

• Develop the team through mentoring and coaching.

• Perform quality auditing and monitoring on team members and provide feedback.

• Handle escalated customer issues and provide the team with strategies to reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.

Minimum Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years’ experience in a Collections or Call Center environment. Leadership experience a plus.

• Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
