• Collaborate with departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.

• Define and document improvements and solutions to modernize software applications.

• Transition business requirements into feature maps and project backlogs to define the scope of application development efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

• Strong facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience writing and executing SQL statements preferred.
