Warehouse Manager - Overnights

Due to tremendous growth, Uline’s Pennsylvania Branch is expanding their multi-building Allentown location.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our night-to-night operations in one of our 1 million square-feet warehouse spaces stocking over 40,000 packaging, shipping, industrial and janitorial products.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage overnight / night operations of warehouse, including:  returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversions.

• Lead and develop overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight/night operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Management experience required.

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Equipment experience preferred.

• Performance metrics and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience a plus.
