• Communicate workforce analysis insights including retention, headcount and employee activity to business leaders.

• Evaluate, optimize and update current processes and methods for reporting and analyzing human capital data.

• Manage projects by tracking team activity, prioritizing workload and publishing status updates.

• Build relationships with business leaders to identify areas for analysis, reporting and / or automation to support informed business decisions.

• Develop and modify PowerBI, Excel and Workday-based reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.

• 5+ years of analytics or HR experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Workday experience a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team or cross-functional projects.
