Position Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced call center using world-class technology.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

• Be a product expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• College Junior and Senior students.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Hardworking, enthusiastic and a team player.
