Digital Marketing Data Analyst

Manage our job board and digital ad campaigns and dig into the data to uncover trending jobseeker behavior to inform our recruitment marketing strategy - attracting top talent!
Position Responsibilities
Manage paid search campaigns across multiple job boards and digital advertising mediums to meet Uline’s recruitment advertising goals.
Prepare regular reporting and analysis on overall recruitment and advertising effectiveness.
Monitor, review and make campaign / budget recommendations based on keyword / campaign performance, hiring forecasts and market influences to optimize performance.
Work with leadership to refine recruitment advertising campaign targeting and job board spending.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience managing paid search programs or job boards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
