Are you a Mac master? An expert in Adobe’s Creative Cloud? As a Desktop Support Technician, you’ll provide technical support Uline’s award-winning in-house Creative department. Ensure our over 150 Mac and Windows computers are running optimally to execute impeccable creative content.

Position Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, document and resolve a variety of software and hardware problems for Mac computer users.
Research technological trends and products to inform and plan for future upgrades and test new software and hardware.
Develop and deliver user training on new software updates to improve productivity.
Help develop a multi-year needs justification plan and department budget.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in an enterprise or educational Mac environment, providing technical support and training for users.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
Knowledge of digital asset and project management systems a plus.
