As Warehouse Manager you’ll direct the dedicated team at our 1 million square-foot Georgia warehouse stocking over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on!

Position Responsibilities 

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, parcel, receiving, stocking, transfers, restocking and aisle inventory maintenance.

• Lead and develop a team of 250+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot  distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.

• Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
