Position Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview quality candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills.

• Maintain and track candidate pipelines using Workday, our HR Management System.

• Assist the Campus Recruiting team with special projects and provide recommendations on university relation strategies.

• Own a project and present it to key stakeholders. Previous HR interns have built a campus ambassador program and developed recruiting videos.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to responsibly handle confidential employee information.
