Position Responsibilities
Create, implement and facilitate training programs that empower our sales team to stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques.
Guide and facilitate sales onboarding programs for new hires, including interns.
Become a Uline product expert to provide informed coaching to sales representatives through joint calls, product / competitor modules and sales meetings.
Collaborate and communicate regularly with sales management including delivering monthly written training progress updates.
Make sales calls in open territories as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of sales management / training experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Regular travel within the tri-state area (NY, NJ and CT) and bi-monthly visits to the Boston Sales Office.
Demonstrated achievement of key training metrics and effective communication of its impact.
