Position Responsibilities
Direct and develop a team of Financial Analysts, reviewing their work to provide feedback and training.
Coordinate the semi-annual budget process and present the final product to management.
Collaborate across departments to develop partnerships and provide financial guidance across the company.
Manage, create and present financial reports for our CFO and senior management.
Generate ideas for strategic business performance analyses to recommend process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or an MBA.
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Credit, Business Operations Analysis, etc.
Supervisory experience a plus.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed
