• Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.

• Provide prompt and accurate direction to contractors, employees and vendors over phone and email.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and outside contractors, including handling contracts and filing Certifications of Insurance (COI).

• Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.

• Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.

• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades.

• Previous administrative experience including use of Microsoft Office products.
