• Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.

• Manage branch visitor preparations and greet incoming visitors in a professional, pleasant manner.

• Process product order requests from employees.

• Provide administrative assistance across departments and assist Human Resources with job candidates.

• Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.

• Help with café service facilitation as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills.

• 2+ years of related receptionist experience a plus. Experience in a corporate office preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
