Position Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline’s Texas branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.

• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.

• Ensure the 1.7 million square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.

• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.

• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.

• Experience managing a high-volume call center and distribution center.

• Performance metrics experience an asset.

• Warehouse Management Systems experience (Manhattan, Red Prairie or SAP) a plus.
