Position Responsibilities
Oversee all business operations of Uline’s Georgia branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
Supervise branch departments to ensure consistently impeccable customer service.
Ensure more than 1 million+ square feet of distribution center grounds run efficiently and exceed company standards.
Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations for a staff of more than 700.
Provide hands-on senior management, driving accountability and continuous improvement through performance feedback.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations or management with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
Experience managing high-volume warehouse, customer service and sales teams.
Performance metrics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience an asset.
Strong writing and communication skills.
