Position Responsibilities
Maintain and update art database software including any movement of artwork locations.
Handle weekly mail and email - including monitoring a shared inbox to process requests and invoices.
Receive, measure and label all incoming artwork.
Maintain artwork locations for multiple building interiors and walking paths.
Create art invoice breakdowns.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel. Photoshop experience a plus.
Data entry experience preferred.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
