• Lead the day-to-day Billing operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

• Coach and support a team of Billing Specialists, providing guidance to help them succeed and grow.

• Monitor team workload and workflows to maintain performance and quality standards.

• Partner with Credit, Collections, Cash Applications, Sales and Corporate Finance to resolve customer billing issues and support the order-to-cash process.

• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• 3+ years of Billing experience with prior team leadership experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
