Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team’s daily activities in areas including cash management, fixed assets, and other accounting functions.

• Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Lead audits by reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure legendary service and efficient operations.

• Train and develop team members to strengthen individual and team performance.

• Research emerging accounting procedures and their effect on Uline financial statements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.

• 5+ years of accounting experience. Supervisory or team management experience preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Oracle General Ledger or similar G/L systems experience a plus.
