Position Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounting and Accounts Payable operations, with a focus on strong internal controls and process efficiency.

• Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.

• Oversee key Accounting areas such as fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.

• Lead the company’s response to external audits, coordinating requests to deliver timely responses.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. CPA preferred.

• 10+ years of Accounting experience with 5+ years proven leadership skills.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems a plus.
