Warehouse Job Fair

Minimum Starting at $17.50 per hour

DATE: Wednesday, August 22nd: 4 PM to 7 PM

LOCATION: 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144, at the SW corner at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Route 142 (Exit 340).

Please enter the South Parking Lot off of 38th Street and follow the signs for parking and for the appropriate door entry.

HIRING FOR: GENERAL WAREHOUSE / MATERIAL HANDLER / FORKLIFT OPERATOR / WAREHOUSE LEAD / WAREHOUSE MANAGER / WAREHOUSE MANAGER TRAINEE

FIRST AND SECOND SHIFTS AVAILABLE

FIRST SHIFT:
Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
SECOND SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday: 9:30 PM to 6 AM.

GENERAL WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Pick, pack, receive and restock product.
  • Manage stock and inventory control.
  • Ensure order accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
  • Able to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Attention to detail.

WAREHOUSE LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
  • Cross train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
  • Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation preferred.
  • Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.
  • Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER TRAINEE RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Learn all aspects of distribution (UPS, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers) through our Rotational Program.
  • Train and develop Warehouse Manager skills while leading and motivating others.
  • Become certified on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
